The High Point University Equestrian Team was founded in 2009 and now competes in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. I am a competitve member of the team riding in the Novice Division and acting as head of the Media and PR committee. I designed and uphold HPUET 's official website as well as the Twitter and YouTube accounts. Click beside or below to see for yourself!

In this issue I photographed and styled the fall spread, photogaphed the supplementary photos for the "DIY Beanie" article as well as contributed to the "Things We Love" section. Click the image above to see for yourself!

The Pin Point is High Point University's fashion and lifestyle magazine founded in 2013 and run by Lilliana Chalfant and Brailey Lisath. I hold the position of Creative Director where I oversee and ultimately decide the content and theme for each issue. I also work when needed as lead photographer, photshoot coordinator and stylist, writer and head of social media. The Pin Point is launched on ISSUU.com and has active Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts run by myself as well.

In this issue I photographed and styled the winter spread, photographed and designed layout for the "J's On My Feet"article and wrote the "Finals Tips and Tricks" piece. Click the image above to see for yourself!

"  Whatever is worth doing ~ is worth doing well."

College fashionista

During my internship with College Fashionista I will hold the title of Style Guru. As College Fashionista puts it, "Our Style Gurus have been hand-selected to capture unique fashion movements and deliver trends as they develop on your campus. They possess a keen eye for the next big craze in all realms of the fashion industry. As students themselves, they are attuned to the role fashion plays in a student’s life. They are committed to reporting on trends that are relevant and applicable to you, the at home (or dorm) reader."

As a Style Guru, it is my task to capture photos of students around my campus who earn the title of a “Fashionista/o. I submit weekly articles with accompanying  photos to the editor for specific sections of the website. As this is a virtual internship I have great responsibility in acting as a self motivated and self organized fashion journalist.
